a. Return Process (If Eligible for Exception)
State of return : unworn, with the tag and in the poly bag. 
Reason of return: 

*  damaged (Note: the DNA of the cap is the used aspect: pre-washed & distressed. Besides, each piece is unique and different)
* style not as expected
* wrong product

Process: 

* Return times: within one week after delivery
* Carrier: of the client's choice
* Return shipping cost: at the customer's expense
* Any loss or theft of the package: at the customer's risk
* Personalized items cannot be returned

Refund:

* Approval & Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide return instructions.
